Breakfast O' Breakfast

Do you guys always skip your breakfast because you don't have much time to eat them. Actually, you must not skip any meal especially breakfast. Breakfast is vital because it helps to provide you energy to begin your day. If I can't make myself a heavy breakfast (like in the picture above), I will just simply munch my crackers before attending classes or any events in the morning. As for me, I can't focus if I have not eaten my breakfast. If you are a student, I would suggest you to buy crackers, you can choose either the plain or savoury one, according to your preference. I am concerned about breakfast because I saw some students fainted because they didn't eat their breakfast. C'mon laaa!!! Crackers only costs you a few pennies. No need to be so stingy liao!! Have you see when the pom a.k.a ang mo having their meal before?? Well, I have quite a number of ang mo friends and I notice that they will at least eat plain bread for breakfast, and they rarely skip breakfast. If you are on diet, you should not skip your meal especially breakfast. But if you still insist to do so, my suggestion is to skip dinner. Plan your meal everyday, and you will be in a healthy condition.
